• Account & usage data: login information and basic activity needed to operate your account and track your submissions.
• Technical data: standard information your browser sends (such as device/browser type) and cookies necessary to keep you signed in.

2. How we use it

• To provide the service — create your account, process and track your submissions, and arrange consignment or purchase of your cards.
• To communicate with you about your submissions, payouts, and account, using the contact method you selected.
• To operate, secure, and improve TrophyClub.

3. How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run the service:

• Marketplaces (e.g., Fanatics Collect) to list and sell your consigned cards.
• Service providers who host our app and data on our behalf (for example, Supabase for our database/authentication and storage, and Vercel for hosting), under obligations to protect your information.
• Legal reasons — if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or others.

4. Data security & retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including per-account access controls so each consignor can only see their own data. No system is perfectly secure. We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal or recordkeeping obligations.

5. Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may close your account, by contacting us. Some information may be retained where required for legal or legitimate business reasons.

6. Children

TrophyClub is intended for adults (18+) and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

7. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above will reflect changes.
