Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of TrophyClub. By creating an account, submitting cards, or otherwise using our services, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

1. Who we are

TrophyClub ("TrophyClub," "we," "us") is a consignment service for collectible trading cards. We place cards submitted by consignors ("you") into third-party marketplaces — primarily Fanatics Collect (Weekly and Premier auctions) — and may also purchase cards outright. We are an independent business and are not owned by, operated by, or officially affiliated with Fanatics Collect or any grading company.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Our consignment rates are published on our site and represent your payout as a share of the total sale price (winning bid plus the marketplace buyer's premium). Payouts are typically issued after the marketplace settles the sale to us, less any agreed fees. Timing depends on the marketplace's settlement schedule and is an estimate, not a guarantee.

5. Shipping, custody & risk

You are responsible for safely packaging and shipping cards to us. We recommend insured, tracked shipping. While cards are in our custody they are handled with care and, where noted, held in secured storage; however, you retain the risk of loss for factors outside our reasonable control. We are not responsible for loss or damage occurring in transit to us.

6. Grading & authentication

Grades and authentication are provided by third-party grading companies (e.g., PSA, BGS, SGC, CGC). We do not control and are not responsible for their determinations. Any opinion we offer on grading, timing, or value is guidance only and not a guarantee of outcome.

7. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to submit counterfeit, altered, stolen, or misrepresented items, use the service unlawfully, or interfere with its operation. We may decline, cancel, or return any submission at our discretion.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrophyClub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to a submission is limited to the amount of fees we actually earned on that submission, or, for items lost while in our direct custody due to our negligence, the card's documented fair market value at the time of loss.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
